Can my son get out of his minor in consumption?

More details to this question:
He was arrested and charged with minor in consupmtion. Given a breath test but neither the breath test or the cour date was recorded on his ticket. What's my case?

cops dont need a breath test, no court date on his ticket no big deal. i would get a ND lawyer as sometimes these cases in my state have hidden driver license suspensions.
