Can some one after 9 years say u molested them when u itself was a minor at the time

When I was 15 to the time I was 18 I stayed with my father for the summer we had a lot of good times and it seemed as I got older my dad resented me for some reason my grandmother said I was mother hen to my sister and I don't know where this came from the only time I was alone with her it was when my dad would go to the gym never anytime else I use to stay at my grandmothers with her too never was mean or abusive she lives in PA and I moved to IN when I was in 5 the grade

Someone can say anything that they want. I presume that what you are asking is can they prosecute you nine years after the events allegedly occurred. Since you did not say what state the alleged events occurred, I am assuming that they occurred in Tennessee. You also did not state what it is that you are alleged to have done to your sister, which would make a difference. Depending on the allegation and the crime which it is alleged that you committed, it could be from 2 years (E felony) to 15 years (A felony).
