I got convicted of a DUI in 2011 of march got reduced to a wreck less. Not on probation or anything of that matter . I just recently got cited for physical control in a different county me and some buddies were sleeping in the truck and had the truck on but were parallel parked on the side of the road! Don't want to lose my job in 30 days of jail time because I know the mandatory minimum is 30 days. Both bars were under .15 first one was .68 under age reason being and this one was .113 any help! Or an Ellensburg attorney! Pre trial court on Jan 2.

What you need is an experienced criminal defense attorney because there are arguments here to fight this charge of physical control. There is a defense to it called safely off the roadway but it isn't an argument that is easily defined.
