Can this girl press charges on my boyfriend?

More details to this question:
We were all at a party and this girl the age of 18 tried to drive drunk and on Xanax my boyfriend threw her keys so she could not drive and then she brought a guy with a gun to my house and he pointed it at me my boyfriend and our friends she never found her keys and ended up having to buy a new set of keys, this happened about a month ago and today she texted me threatening me.

No you should report her and her boyfriend to the police. It is a felony to threaten someone with a gun and both are guilty of this.

More like he can press charges against her and that guy. If he hasn't done so already, he needs to make a police report of the incident.

It's possible there would be criminal charges, but it seems unlikely. Given everything you said, coming back with a gun makes it hard for her to go to the police. Presumably she sobered up sometime in the month since this happened so the keys could have been returned then, but the gun gives a plausible explanation to a jury for why the boyfriend would not want to. Bottom line: you never know what the police will believe and what they will do. If anyone comes knocking, do not answer their questions without a lawyer present.
