Can three people get charged with one stabbing?

my boyfriend recently went to jail as a suspect in a stabbing along with two other people and they all three have three aggravated assault charges each aggravated assault with deadly weapon aggravted assault serious injury and aggravated assault for something with entering the residence which i dont know why beacause it was a party...i ust want to know what they do with these kind of cases in arizona my boyfriend didnt do it the other guy in jail did it but no ones talking..and nobody knows who did it not even the guy who did it and they didnt find the weapon...can the charges stick?

Yes. Of course it depends in the applicable facts but multiple people can be charged in such circumstances. Your boyfriend needs to consult an attorney.

All can be charged. The real issue is proving who did it. I really recommend retaining counsel. If your boyfriend was present, at the very least he is a witness. At most, he is liable on an equal level as the others. In many cases, the first defendant to work a plea agreement will get the best deal.
