QUESTION

Can two felonies be expunged if ran concurrent?

Asked on Jan 03rd, 2016 on Criminal Law - Michigan
More details to this question:
Back in 2006, I was charged with two non-violent crimes. They were ran concurrent. Is there any way I can get these expunged? These felonies have haunted me for years. In every way especially when it comes to finding a decent job for myself and my family.

I would have to understand all of the circumstances, but it is doubtful. Generally multiple felonies do not qualify but a firm opinion cannot be given without all of the details and knowledge of the rest of your record and past.
