Can you be charged with aggravated stalking after an injunction twice around the same time

So on February 15 I was charged with aggravated stalking after an injunction was sentenced 6 months county time on May 29th.they filled and served me with a warrant in jail for the same crime on the 21 of May but everything was all around the same time in january.and it was aggravated was wondering If I have a chance of beating this

It may be possible that double jeopardy could be a defense -- but I believe you would need full discovery in the new case -- which would need compared to the discovery and Information filed in the prior case to determine how viable a defense it would be. Certainly the issue deserves to be considered and evaluated.
