Hi my question is can you be charged with theft (felony) if you do not have any of the questionable items ? I work at a storage unit in Tennessee and a lady claims I have items that I never had. She pressed charges then after I interviewed with cops,three months later, I got pulled over for expired tags and had a warrant for felony theft ?

Yes you can be charged with theft even if your give the property back.
