I had been drinking alcohol at a party and a cop breathalysed me, took down my name, address and date of birth along with 30 of my friends. They did not give us tickets there but threatened to send them in the mail. I live in Missouri. I am 17 years old and never showed my ID.

Yes, the police can mail the ticket for MIP to you later. It's a misdemeanor, so they have up to 1 year to file charges.
