More details to this question:
Is it possible to expunge a felony for theft by taking? I was seventeen, but didn't get sentencing until the age of 19. There was no physical evidence at all. Only another seventeen year old's testimony.

No, a felony conviction for theft by taking can not be expunged. If you were age 17 at the time, you were charged as an adult, not a juvenile.

If you have no other convictions at all and it has been five years since you completed your sentence, an experienced attorney can help you petition the court to expunge your conviction. The strength of the case against you is irrelevant.
