I have a felony on my record due to selling beer to a minor that was sent in with a fake ID by the police department, anyways, I have had this on my record for almost 9 years. I wanted to know if the felony ever falls off or do I need to get an expungement? If I need an expungement do you know how much that would cost? Thank You.
