More details to this question:
Had an accident the other day. Going around a curve and collided with another car. THP says I was over the line. I don't remember all the details, but feel falsely accused. Because I can't remember everything. THP talked with other driver at the sen. I was taking to the hospital. Later THP shows up already with a citation. Asked me if i knew I had a clean record. I said yes, asked what happened and i said i don't remember all the details. He said i was at fault.

Let me get this straight. You can't remember all of the details but feel you might be falsely accused?  Maybe you are at fault!
