car accident

More details to this question:
I was involved in a car accident, I was drving , went through an intersection over a hillcrest. At the top of the hill rest I saw The other vehicle began to enter my lane at an angle, I immediately hit the brakes and began to slide upon impact the other vehicle was partially in my lane. I was not speeding. The other driver was citied for failure to yield while turning left. I was cities for driving to fast for weather conditions. Was not true.

Sounds like officer confused weather conditions with emergency situation - you need to hire a lawyer and fight the ticket
