More details to this question:
is there a statute of limitations on this case that occured in 2001 and i plead down from a 4th degree felony to a 5th and was ordered 12 months probation. my PD Willie Rios asked the judge if there were any court cost or attorney fees or any victim restitution due. the judge answered no fines or fees were to be imposed. i was released from Jeffco Detention Aug 2, 2003 I attempted to report to jeffco probation, however it was 4:37 on a friday and they instructed me to return the following Mon. Well I did fled back to Utah where I live now and lived then. I have on many occasions throughout the years tried to take care of this warrant to no avail, I went to renew my license on 2/22/2014 and found out this warrant was in effect and that a $1595.00 fine was imposed,so i called the court, and was told that the fine was always there yet there are no original minutes of the court proceedings. i was told they were destroyed in 2005? why is there a warrant when there are no minutes???

There is no such thing a a 4th or 5th degree felony in Utah. You should go back and read your case or if you call me I can look it up if it happened in Utah. If this occurred in another state you need to contact a lawyer in that state.
