QUESTION

case for dui dismissal

Asked on Mar 07th, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
First time dui with 0.12 bac. Army vet with clean record (driving as well), never been arrested.  Got pulled over literally 100 yards from my residence. Officer claims I field sobriety test. He tested me twice, one being standing on one leg then following the pen with my eyes only. The only reason the officer may have concluded that I failed is because I intially lifted my left leg off the ground but the ground was uneven due to the road having potholes and patches, I felt it so I switch my leg initially before I even started to count.  Upon getting the official complaint, notice that they put the wrong house number on the address part as well as the plate number of the vehicle I was driving is completely wrong Can a good attorney make a solid case to move for dismissal with the information I mentiones above?
