Child abuse and neglect (if violent).

Hello. I am a first time mother and I admit, I left her in the RUNNING AIR ON car for 5-10mins while I went inside a store. She was asleep, and i seen the car the ENTIRE time i was in the store, still was when the part I learned my lesson is. She was locked in! The remote wouldn't work. I have 3 witnesses seeing her inside the car HEALTHY. A EMT is one!!! The store person is lying and has been lying. Saying they detained me I'm the back of the store. No, I couldn't afford the sunscreen I needed for my daughter so yes I tried to take it. Also when on the phone with the cops she said she couldn't see if my baby was breathing and our car was blowing hot air on her. If my baby was in danger, I would have broken the window THEN! The EMT said herself it wasn't hot nor cold in the car. The cops never asked me anything. I AM A GOOD mother. My baby is very very healthy. I have all doctors papers. I have witnesses. I am so lost. Please help me. Thank you.
