QUESTION

Concern about ticket for "Urination in public" on federal property

Asked on Apr 24th, 2014 on Traffic Violations - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I received a ticket for public urination on federal property (at a beach in Central NJ in early April.) I was told that all the bathrooms were closed for miles when I was there, only to find out this was bad information. How difficult will it be to get this ticket thrown out in a US District Court (Newark, NJ)? I really don't want this on my record.
