I ended up just walking away this whole time he's following me yelling in my face o mean IN my face so I pushed him away from me. He then swung and hit me with a safe like lockbox in the face, when got in said nothing happened, so they said the checcamers. I called after I left told the counselor what happened, so I should I be worried about charges or kicked off program the counselor, said he saw him push me?

You were the initiator by pushing him and, you committed Assault 4. On the other hand, he could only have used ordinary force to respond. Using a weapon in this situation was not call for; hence, you too may have action against him for Assault 2.
