Could I still receive one through the mail if I never physically received a ticket for drinking underage?

I was at a friend’s party this weekend and the police showed up. I was breathalyzed and they wrote down my information.

Yes. It's very common to receive a ticket in the mail in these situations. If you do, get a lawyer retained to represent you. There are ways to try to keep this type of thing off of your permanent record.
