Deferred adjudication

More details to this question:
Is a deferred sentence a considered a conviction in the state of NH? I was convicted of felony sale rsa 318-b:2 the charge was deferred and reduced the misdemeanor possession after the completion of my probation. Am I still considering a felon under Federal or NH State law and have my rights been restored including my right to bare arms?

I'm not a NH lawyer, but I can't conceive of any state that would consider a misdemeanor a felony, even after the reducer.
