Did a personal BackgroundCheck and it says :USE PARAPHERNALIA, DP isn't that a misdemeanor?

More details to this question:
when i did a personal background check a charge from 2006 USE PARAPHERNALIA, DP showed up ( it was for a marijuana grinder) and it says its a Felony but i thought minor drug charges were misdemeanors can i get this expunged? and it showed up twice on my background check for the same thing im so confused
