More details to this question:
I got pulled over in another state cause i was speeding. The cop said it smelled like alchohol and proceded to search my car. He found weed in my car but no alchohol. I am 17 years old and he search me before calling my parents.

Possibly the cop violated your rights - but the laws of the state where you were stopped will be most important - hire a lawyer in that state.
