QUESTION

divorce decree forged

Asked on Jul 14th, 2015 on Criminal Law - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
My ex wife forged my name on all necessary papers for our divorce in July of 2013 in the state of PA. I was wondering what my first move should be. I went to the local police and the judge/DA's office and none were any help to me. I sort of short changed when it comes to funds for a lawyer. I only see my kids one day a week and iam stuck with all our mutual debt. She has prior convictions for drugs and child abuse but I herd from her mouth that they where pardoned somehow. She uses the kids like pawns in a chess game and I cant stand this injustice any longer. Please help! Thankyou for your time.

This is something a lawyer should handle, but that being said. You can bring a Motion to Vacate to the judge and have the divorce decree voided.
