Do age of consent laws apply to where the act occured?

More details to this question:
I live in Oregon where the consent age is 18. She lives in Washington where the consent age is 16. At the time I was 20 and she was 16. Do I have anything to worry about?

The laws of the state where the act occurred apply so sex in one state might be legal but in another not.
