Do I have a case

Asked on Oct 23rd, 2023 on Traffic Violations - Ohio
More details to this question:
So I was the first one in. Oh, to get a ticket for expired tags during COVID with the first extension. After standing up for my constitutional right? Stating that Mike Dwayne had put out an executive order confirmed the next day by the Ohio Attorney General's office. That law enforcement was advised not to stop people for expired tags. This was wrote on the ticket after they used a multiple different reasons. And I was harassed to the point where I was Wondering wondering well if they're just going to laugh about an executive order and totally blatantly violate my constitutional rights, then God knows they're not letting me go right now and they are heli bent on finding drugs. How do I know that they're not going to plant them? How do I know that? And my whole point is my right were violated. I was accused of more or less of having the wrong county plates at the wrong time in a different county. I did not go to courr the first time. It was dismissed without prejudice 3 weeks after.

It does not sound like you have any sort of case, much less one in the area of legal ethics and professional responsibility. It sounds like you received a traffic ticket and it was dismissed without prejudice three weeks later because of the executive order temporarily suspending vehicle registration enforcement. It also sounds like you did not sustain any legally compensale damages, such as the expense of hiring an attorney.  So even if your rights were violated as you claim, how were damaged monetarily?Even assuming you hired an attorney to handle the ticket, most such attorneys charge relatively low fees.  Would it really be worthwhile to hire a litigator and to pay tens of thousands of dollars to recover whatever you paid the attorney to handle your ticket for you?
