do i have a case against the daycare for neglect?

More details to this question:
My son who is 6 was molested multiple times by a 9 year old boy at his daycare in multiple locations of the daycare. While discovering this we have found that at least 3 other children have come forward about this child molesting them as well. My son received the worst extent of the situation. Do i have a case against the daycare for neglect or emotional distress or anything. My family is a mess right now.

You may have a claim against the daycare for inadequate supervision and possibly against the childrens' parents for damages if they knew or should have known of their child's propensity to assault other children.
