Asked on May 02nd, 2013 on DUI/DWI - California
More details to this question:
I was in an accident last week and got a first DUI. I had eaten 20 minutes before. Could not blow because of COPD so I had a blood test. Passed the field test but it was at least 2 hours before blood test.

In order to determine all potential defenses to the charges, you should consult with a DUI attorney in your area. I would recommend retaining a DUI attorney as soon as you can because you only have a certain amount of time after your arrest to request a hearing through the Colorado DMV, otherwise you may loose your right to have a hearing. Good luck!

I have no idea. What are the blood test results? Understand, all that has to be proven to convict you of DUI is that you were under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and that your driving was affected to an appreciable degree. I suggest that you hire an attorney.

You need to hire a DUI specialist and do it soon, because you have only 10 days to save your license.
