Do I have to pay child support if it’s not my baby but I was on the birth card?

More details to this question:
If we have a had DNA test done with the baby came back not to be might I want to go thought the state to get my name off cause I want another DNA test done because it was one we did at home and it might not be right and she won't let the other boy get a DNA test done because he 20 years old and she only 15 but when it happen he was 19 and she was 14 I just want to know what all can happen I was 16 at the time and she was 14.
