At the last court date my attorney did a plea negotiation. I accepted the states offer, but it was continued so the state could determine the amount of restitution. I would have to pay my attorney again for him to go to my next court date. Do I even need to hire him again since I've already accepted the plea?
you should have discussed that with him prior to hiring him-how much he charged and for what. Generally, it is better to have an attorney with you in court.
