Do I need to mark that I have been convicted of a felony on forms (IRS, employment, etc.) if my charge was reduced to a misdemeanor in the plea?

More details to this question:
The plea agreement reduced the felony conviction to a misdemeanor after completion of probation and all other requirements. My rights to vote, hold public office etc. have been restored.
if you were arrested for a felony, but only pled to a misdemeanor, you have only been convicted of a misdemeanor. you should have an attorney run your criminal history.
