Do I qualify for an expungement for theft?

More details to this question:
About 3 years ago, I was arrested for theft under $50. The Judge made me a plea for me to accept a felony charge and I would walk away free. Without having to do any community service or anything.

No. Convictions for theft are not able to be expunged.
