QUESTION

Do I qualify Juvenile Felony Expungement? How?

Asked on Sep 16th, 2013 on Expungements - Michigan
More details to this question:
As a juvenile, I have an assault and battery conviction (misdemeanor) and a felony larceny in a building conviction (age 16). As an adult, I have a Non-Sufficient funds of less than $100 check misdemeanor (age 23). I am wondering if I qualify to have my felony conviction expunged (set-aside). I am currently in my 30's and didn't realize until I recently went to get a pistol purchase permit that the felony conviction when I was younger followed me all these years. Thank you.

Need the details, it is probable the two misdemeanor charges, coupled with the felony, could disqualify you from consideration.
