QUESTION

Do I still have to get CRN evaluation?

Asked on Apr 12th, 2014 on DUI/DWI - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I had a DUI 11 years ago in PA. I finished everything, fines, 20 hours highway safety school and is off probation! I live far from PA now. Is it still necessary to have to go back for CRN or could a paid attorney help? Or am I wasting my money?

If one of your DUI conditions 11 years ago was to get a CRN and you didn't, you probably don't have a drivers license. You need to get it done. You can call the DA's office and get the information or hire an attorney to assist you. An attorney cannot make this go away.
