Do they actually right a case in arresting for operation under influence?

More details to this question:
I was in a parking lot in Connecticut on passenger side of car and ended up being arrested for operating under influence (DUI.)

I would need to see the police report to see if they can make a case. It does not sound like it. Get a lawyer and fight.
