Do they drug test you for a court evaluation?

More details to this question:
I got my car towed and was arrested for a DUI-drugs I gave a urine sample and in order to plead guilty I have to take a test witch the court calls an evaluation do I have to stay clean for the evaluation?

It would be best since you are not supposed to be doing anything anyway.

If you are going to be "evaluated" by the court, I suspect that you will be drug tested, if this is the case then you should be clean unless you want the court to be more involved with your life then they are right now.

If you want to impress the judge and get the best outcome, you should stay free of drugs and alcohol.

A drug/alcohol abuse evaluation is a very common order when there is a drug or alcohol related crime. The evaluation includes multiple choice testing, a one on one interview, and a breathalyzer and urinalysis. It will not look favorably to you to test positive to either drugs or alcohol at the evaluation.
