Does a prosecutor have a right to tell a co conspirator to plead the fifth when she was saying she was a victim?

Does prosecutor have the right to tell a co-conspirator to plead the fifth in a CSC charger against a a minor child when she's the mother of the child and participated in the sexual acts and a prosecutor let her bleed the Fed actually told her to plead the fifth so that way she could get off and she wouldn't be charged and they were only male that was involved in the charges she made the police report inside the police station, they let her walk out of the police station without arresting her tell me if she has the right to plead the fifth or as the prosecutor has the right to tell her to plead the fifth can somebody please help me?
