Does my 16 yrs.old son need representation for a intake interview

More details to this question:
knowingly possess obscene character of the material, distribute, transmit, and give away obscene material in which a minor was depicted. Though this supposedly happened in middle school, the complaint is just now being addressed in high school.

You better believe it.  Having an attorney present for the intake interview is probably the smartest thing you can do.  Many people don't realize this, but the intake interview is essential to the juvenile process.
