When you plead guilty to DUI and receive probation, you are pleading guilty to a criminal offense. That offense will remain on your criminal background. DUI convictions, or for that matter supervisions, are not eligible to be expunged under current Illinois law.   This posting is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice nor the establishment of an attorney-client relationship.
