QUESTION

Does the DWI charge matter since it was in a different state?

Asked on Jun 12th, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Missouri
More details to this question:
I just got my second DWI in Arkansas. My first one was in Missouri. I did not get an attorney for the first one. I blow a .08. Do you think I can beat it? It’s been 2 years since my last one. I have never been into trouble before.

You can't beat it just because it was in another state. If you are still on probation in Missouri, the new DWI could impact your probation. You need to discuss this with you attorney from the first DWI.
