Does the insurance company have the right to not pay my benefits because I am out on bond or until after my trial date?

My long term disability payments ceased when I was in county jail for 83 days. I am out on a PR bond and the jury trial is set for June of 2014. I have been out of jail since 11/5/2013. Today is January 25th. Furthermore, is being out of jail on bond still considered to be incarcerated?

Being out on bond is NOT being incarcerated.? I would have someone look over the policy that you are being paid under to see if they have the right to suspend payments while you are incarcerated.
