Does the Miller test apply to the internet, because in a recent court case here in Illinois (March 2013) the Illinois court stated that the miller test only applies to books, films, movies and art, and NOT the Internet

There is nobody who can answer this question except the nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court. The current situation is that there is a circuit split that needs to be resolved. Until then, whether Miller applies or does not apply to the internet as a whole is an open question.
