My son was originally charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and alchohol as a factor in Hillsboro county Florida. He was givin a suspended license and probation. Yesterday morning he was driving and ran a stop sign in Polk county Florida and taken to jail. He has a 250 bond that Polk county gave him but he also has a hold from Hillsboro county for violation of probation. i called a bail bondsman and they told me not to post bond in Polk county because if Hillsboro county comes and gets him he could miss his court date in Polk county and have a warrant put on him for missing court. What should we do?
