More details to this question:
Driver License got suspended for unpaid parking ticket. wasn't aware of suspension until got pulled over by a cop after screening my plates. Got a ticket for driving while suspended. I have since found the unpaid parking ticket, paid it and restored license. I still have to appear in court for driving while suspended ticket. do I need to prove that didn't know about suspension?
