All Criminal Charges, State and Federal, Felony and Misdemeanor, including DUI Attorney serving West Palm Beach, FL at The Law Offices of David W. Olson
Update Your Profile
When you are eligible for reinstatement, whether on a restricted or full basis, you will be subjected to the ignition interlock requirement for a minimum of one year.   It is probable that at the time you were sentenced the judge pronounced that the term would be one year, although he or she could have enlarged that term. Also, the device must be installed at your expense.
