More details to this question:
My husband was pulled over for DUI, he refused to take test and went to jail but his ticket says he didnt refuse and they never took his blood or urine and there is no indication on his ticket of what his level was. He never took any test but again the officer checked the other box stating he was driving with unlawful blood or breath alcohol yet we dont see any proof of this on the ticket. is this a possible error on the officer side? Shouldn't the ticket say he refused since he did and if he didnt refuse shouldn't it then have the results of a test since that is the box the officer checked?
