More details to this question:
I completed counciling an my probation I didn't receive a complete letter so there fore I can't get my license back I have got proof that I attended , the councilors that were there when I completed are gone , my probation officer I saw is gone I been off probation for a yr an could get my license back a year ago. There's a few other things that has happened to me why dealing with the centre county court , the counciling is saying I have to redo it , probation is saying they want a drug and alcohol assessment my public defender saying no double Jeopardy. What can I do I just want to move on but this is interfering do you have any suggestions of his to get them back thank you very much for your time `

I would really suggest getting a lawyer to represent you privately. Had you had a private lawyer this very documentation would have likely already been procured and provided. I know that we have our clients do these things very early in their cases and provide it before the plea even occurs so there are never any licensing holdups. You've got quite a hole to dig out of here and it would make sense to get a lawyer on the job to work for you!
