QUESTION

Early termination of probation

Asked on Nov 18th, 2019 on Criminal Law - Tennessee
More details to this question:
I was sentenced to five years of diversion for robbery, auto burglary and vandalism. I have completed 2 1/2 years of my probation if not more. I haven’t been able to maintain a job but I’m in school finishing my degree in cyber security, I’ve been early to all of my probation meetings, I’ve passed all of my drug tests, paid all fines court costs and restitution, and finally I’ve been studying to take my state exam to get my HVAC license. I only have to report to my PO every three months. One thing I’m worried about is the relationship between me and my PO because I have had 3 different PO’s during this time my first two loved me and on several occasions would sign off on my drug tests but with my current one we don’t have much history together. Is there anything that would hold me back from being an eligible candidate for early termination of probation?

I can't answer that because it would be up to the judge but your fear of not getting along with your PO would not be a  basis for early termination.
