Evading arrest on foot is a Class A Misdemeanor, punishable by up to 1 year in county jail, and a fine not to exceed $4000.  Evading arrest in a motor vehicle is a 3rd degree felony, punishable by 2 to 10 years in prison, and a fine not to exceed $10,000.
