Asked on Dec 04th, 2013 on Expungements - New Hampshire
More details to this question:
I have a non conviction criminal liability misdemeanor charge on my record from 2006. I also have a conviction simple assault charge on my record from 2007. Both of these cases involved childish criminal mischief. I would like to have them expunged. Under NH law, I've met the waiting period requirement, misdemeanor simple assault is not considered a violent offense (and therefore can be expunged), and I have not been convicted of multiple offenses (which would disqualify me from expunction). These offenses have made finding a respectable employer very difficult. I would like to have them expunged if possible.
You dont need a lawyer, as it is a very simple process. Check http://www.courts.state.nh.us/district/servicecenters/checklists/checklistfiles/annulmentchecklist.pdf
