Extridition from md to fl

I had a felony probation had it transfered to md. I was on it for 6 of my 7 years. Than I received a,charge in md and had,the charges dropped. At the same time my p.o. in md considered me successfully completed and closed the probation. Florida considered me being charged a violation and put out a vop warrant. Its,been since 2009 and they have had the warrant bit it's been set as a non extridite warrant can that change and what can be,done? Thank you.
